Our patio pizza is probably going to be quite a big surprise. Our Pizzaiolo is Piano Piano. You could put our pizza on Via Del Tribunali in Naples and everybody would say, “Molto molto buono!” Don’t believe that you have to go to Italy to get real pizza. And don’t believe that you have to go to a country other than Canada to get real wine. You be the judge.
Our current Pizza offering is basically Omnivore or Vegetarian:
The Sweet Hornet… Fior di Latte, Spicy Soppressata, Black Olives, Hot Honey
The Mediterranean… Tomato, Garlic, Black Olive, Red Onion, Oregano, Chilis, Pecorino, Sicilian Anchovy
The Margherita… Tomato, Mozzarella, Fior di Latte, Parmesan, Basil, Olive Oil
The Mushroom & Carmelized Onion… Tomato sauce, Carmelized Onion, Fresh Mushrooms
We’re adding exceptional selections over the next few weeks…some of the greats from past menus…some new treats…and a few Chef Experiments! One thing you can be sure of, they’ll all pair perfectly with Harwood wines.
