Featured wine and cider:

County Cremant 'Amber'

This wine had 48h skin-contact giving it a beautiful amber hue. Tasting notes include caramelized citrus, baked quince tart, marmalade, and bright tangerine. Bready, yeasty toasted brioche, savoury PEC minerality, and a light lifted-ness pull the fruit together nicely. Fresh acid and a creamy, well-integrated froth create a tension of sharpness and softness that are beautifully balanced.

Ombre Gris 'Skin Contact'

Ombré Gris 'Skin Contact' showcases the depth of orange wines. Orange wines are white wines made with skin contact, giving a deep colour and flavour. Tasting notes include dried apricot, marmalade, and peaches and cream to entice the palate- with beautiful salinity. This is a chalky mineral-driven orange wine from Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Sauvignon Blanc, and it is pure poetry in the glass!

Chardonnay 'Untraditionale'

Fresh, ‘pet-nat’ style Chardonnay with a light spritz. An intriguing nose of fresh-baked bread, tart kiwi and pink grapefruit pith. Light fennel notes add to the allure of this unexpected delight!

Gamay Rosé

This wild ferment gamay rosé was made almost by accident. Harvested for a red style gamay, as the fermentation started to hum along it was obvious that the colour was never going to be ‘red’ if we kept going the way things were. So we pulled a few liters aside and let it finish fermenting without the skins after 5 days. This is the resulting wine. Super funky, cloudy/nebulous look, with a salty earthy finish! We like to compare this wine to a ‘sour’ style beer. Please note: this wine is quite tart.
