Pét Nat is Back! 

This month, School is not the only ‘School’ online. Every month Mackenzie chooses a winemaking theme and wines to showcase. This month the theme is Carbon Dioxide in wines and features our two Pét Nats to illustrate the point. 

​You will receive one White and one Red Pét Nat along with a special (sweet) gift! And as always, Mackenzie has a write-up about the technical details of this month’s theme.
